If you are an experienced golfer with a good understanding of the game, then CI Players just might be for you.
What We Do
CI Players has partnered with a large number of high end golf courses in an effort to provide feedback that will help these courses maintain the highest levels of quality and service.
How It Works
Similar to a "secret shopper", but for golf, you play a round of golf at one of our partnered golf courses and evaluate everything from the valet service to the starter to pro staff at the end of your round. After you play, you will need to fill out the online survey, rating the golf course in numerous categories (including customer service, playing conditions, pace of play and so on). The information you provide to the golf courses will play a vital role in allowing them to either improve or continue providing great customer service, courses, and staff.
CI Player Inspector Specialist Qualifications
To be a CI Player Inspector Specialist, we look for people who possess most of the following strengths:
Desire, and ability, to play golf at least once a week.
A good understanding of the game.
Proper golf etiquette.
An excellent understanding and awareness of customer service.
Willingness and desire to play a different course each week.
The ability to take the online survey (ie, internet access).
A group of friends that would want to join you.
